Getting an account from MCIA is subject to conditions. They are presented in this page.

From your Profile page you can access to the following informations:
You may change your password from your profile page.
If you loose your password, you will no longer be able to reach your profile. You may however change your password following this link.
You may register user secrets (i.e. SSH public keys) to be used on clusters: User secrets
Warning: Make sure you upload PUBLIC SSH keys. Private keys must be kept in a secret and safe place.
From your profile, you can see all the groups you belong to.
Some priviledged users have permission to manage he composition of some groups. If you are one of them, you will find in your profile the tools to handle these groups members: Managed Groups
MCIA accounts have a limited lifetime. You can check your account expiry date in your profile page.
You will be notified by email several days before your account expires. From your profile page, you will be able to request for renewal. Your renewal request will be handled by the administrators.
If you fail to ask for renewal before your account expires, you may no longer connect to other resources offered by MCIA but you can still connect to this site and you will be allowed to request for renewal.
If you fail to do so within 90 days, your account data on all resources provided by MCIA will be definitively deleted.
Permanent MCIA users can invite guests which may not obtain an account on their own but need to collaborate with the host.
Such host users can invite guests from their profile page. When a guest account expires, host user will also be asked for renewal of the invitation.
Host users can invite a certain number of guests of each type. Here are the limits for each one:
